I did find Vista drivers here. Windows 7 Ultmate 32 bit. The Vista Drivers from Intel work just fine. Flaming or offending other users.

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. There might be some generic drivers capable of Win7 out there, but I can't find them on the Intel site.
See if any errors are showing here and note down the error code and jntel here.
