It is HP refurbished but no references to HP brand whatsoever. Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
Everything is hooked up and running fine, but I have no sound. One nice guy from this forum promised me to send the driver he backuped. When I tried to start it, ups no sound no video, no USB support any clue how that can be fixed?

I afraid, HP has moved them to a neverland. The asus official website has an auto detect option dound the left which is very good, but don't worry if it doesn't wor, the website is very easy to navigate, and can be found here: Connect one end of the audio cable to this connector and the other end to the audio module.
